Brian Flippance, President ACA & Integrys

Brian graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1975 with a BaSc in electrical engineering and has been a P. Eng. since 1981. He is an alumnus of the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and longtime member of the business peer group, TEC Canada. He has served on the boards and advisory boards of several suppliers to Integrys.

Brian has had a long and successful career in the Canadian high-technology industry, dating back to 1975 when he joined ACA as a sales engineer, after a brief tenure as a development engineer with Urban Transport Development Corporation. After a four-year stint with Webster Instrument—during which time he was instrumental in increasing sales five-fold and became sales manager—he rejoined ACA as sales manager of the Fluke Division before assuming responsibility for the Scientific Division. As an owner and director of ACA since 1985, he has successfully grown Integrys into a leading supplier of system-level products and has developed an engineering team that has allowed Integrys to provide outsourcing services to its customers. He became CEO and president of ACA in 2005 and a major shareholder in 2014.

Wayne Mason, General Manager & Vice President Sales and Marketing

Wayne is a graduate of computer engineering and business administration from McMaster University. In 2002, Wayne joined Integrys as an account manager responsible for sales in the Greater Toronto Area. Under his direction, business tripled within two-and-a-half years. In 2005, Wayne was promoted to national sales manager, where he implemented sales processes and a professional sales training program that led to an increase in sales of value-added engineering solutions. In 2014, Wayne was promoted to his current role as Integrys’ general manager and vice president of sales and marketing.     

Eric Buckley, Engineering Manager (P.Eng)

Eric has an extensive background in machine vision and industrial automation. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s electrical engineering program. Eric is a member of PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario) and a holder of the P.Eng. designation. Formerly with Image Processing Systems Inc. of Markham, Ontario, Eric was responsible for the design and implementation of a wide range of industrial machine vision products including display alignment, and bottle inspection and glass (automotive windshield) inspection systems.
